Purpose
The NCMR.R2 procedure is used to create a report of the nonconforming material
records. The user may select a date range and/or a list of status codes to
include.

Data Fields
NCMR Number The number that identifies the NCMR.
Status The status code of the NCMR.
Originated By The name of the person or entity that originated the NCMR.
Date The date which the NCMR was originated.
Part Number The part number logged on the NCMR.
Evaluator The person or deparment who will evaluate the NCMR for
disposition.
Date The date on which the evaluation was performed.
Disposition The disposition assigned to this NCMR.
Approved The name of the person or department which approved the NCMR.
Date The date on which the approval was done.
