Purpose
The PROSPECT.R3 procedure is used to report all prospects currently in the
PROSPECT file having a campaign date which falls within a selected range. This
report lists in prospect name sequence.
Frequency of Use
As required.

None.
Data Fields
Id The number assigned to the prospect record.
Name The name of the prospect.
Notes Any notes entered regarding the prospect.
Address The address of the prospect, including street address, city, state
and zip code.
Mail Address The Mainling address of the prospect, including street
address, city, state and zip code.
Phone The telephone number of the prospect. Depending upon how it was
entered, this may include the area code.
FAX The fascimille (FAX) number of the prospect.
Mr. The prefix to be used in correspondence with the associated individual
at the prospect; Mr. Mrs Ms etc.
First Name The first name of the contact for the prospect.
Last Name The last name of the contact for the prospect.
Title The title of the prospect contact.
Ext The telephone extension of the associated prospect contact.
