Purpose
FSO.R1 provides a listing of all of the service orders which are scheduled
through a user specified cutoff date.
Frequency of Use
As required.

None.
Data Fields
Order No The field service order number.
Hold Code The hold code, if any, on the order. Hold codes generally
indicate that the order is not to be processed.
Sch Date The date on which the service is scheduled.
Hold Date The date, if any, on which the order was placed on hold.
Service Unit The service van or truck assigned to the order.
PM Shows the letter "Y" if the service order is to provide preventive
maintenance.
Serial Number The serial number of the equipment to be serviced.
Equipment Part The part number that identifies the equipment to be
serviced.
Model The model number that identifies the equipment to be serviced.
Desc A description of the equipment to be serviced.
Customer The name and number of the customer who has the equipment to be
serviced.
Contact The name of the person at the customer to contact regarding the
service order.
Telephone The telephone number of the customer contact.
