Form Details
Purpose
PD.R1 provides a listing of all the elements defined in a data entry form.
This allows you to view several of the properties of a form together rather
than one object at a time in the Studio form designer.
Frequency of Use
As required.
Prerequisites
None.
Data Fields
Prompt A sequence number indicating the elements position in the tab order
of the form.
Field The field number or temporary field to which the control is bound.
Description The name associated with the prompt.
Max The maximum entry allowed in the field.
Min The minimum entry allowed in the field.
Jus The field justification; L=Left, R=Right, T=Text.
Trm Indicates if leading and trailing spaces are trimmed from the entry.
Conv The numeric or date conversion applied to the data enterd for
internal storage.
Rep Contains the letter "Y" if the field is repeating.
BI Contains the letter "Y" if the application program is called when the
field gets the focus (Before Input).
AI Contains the letter "Y" if the application program is called when focus
to the field is lost (After Input).
