Purpose
The ALLOC.R1 procedure provides a list of all material allocations by part
number. The report is intended to show the detail of all records which have
allocated material.
Frequency of Use
As required.
Prerequisites
None.
Data Fields
Part Number The part number which is allocated.
Description The description of the part from the Parts file.
Date The date for which the allocation is made. For shipments, this is the
scheduled ship date.
Quantity The quantity allocated for the specific order.
Type The type of order which has caused the allocation.
ID The record number of the order.
Li# The line item number on the order which contains the part number.
Name The name of the customer for which the part has been allocated.
Invloc The inventory location in which the allocated material is found.
