Purpose
This report provides information about sales by state by part category. The
user specifies a date range to be listed for both a current and a previous
period. A summary total, by state by category of all sales made within the
date range defined are listed in descending sales amount sequence.
There are options to run this report for specific categories, company codes and states. You, also, have the option to run the report by the state the product was shipped to or by the customer's state.
Frequency of Use
As required.
Prerequisites
None.
Data Fields
Customer# The customer number to which the sale was made.
Customer.Name The name of the customer, as it appears in the customer
file.
City The city of the customer.
St The state of the customer.
Current.Per The total sales/return amount for the current period, as
defined by the dates entered.
Previous.Per The total sales/return amount for the previous period, as
defined by the dates entered.
