Purpose
The QUOTE.R1 procedure provides a listing of all open sales quotes by date and
status code. You may limit the listing to specific date and status codes.
Frequency of Use
As required.
Prerequisites
None.
Data Fields
Quote The number assigned to the Quote.
Date The date assigned to the quote at entry time.
Cust Number The number of the customer, if present.
Prospect Number The number of the prospect, if present.
Name / Address Name and address which were entered on the Quote. These may
have been originally loaded from the customer or prospect file, if those
numbers are present, but it was not required.
Part The part number being quoted.
Description The description of the part.
Ref Qty A reference quantity field which is used on the quote.
S The present status of the quote.
