Purpose
The LOT.R3 procedure is used to list all of the lot numbers on file with an
expiration date less than or equal to a selected cutoff date.
Frequency of Use
As required.
Prerequisites
None.
Data Fields
Part Number The part number for which the lot is about to expire.
Description The description of the part, as it appears in the Parts
record.
Lot Number The number of each lot on file for the specified part.
Unit Cost The unit cost of the items associated with the lot.
Exp Date The date on which the lot number is set to expire.
Hold The code specifying that the lot is on hold.
Hold Date The date on which the lot was placed on hold.
Invloc All of the inventory locations that show an open balance for the
lot number.
Inv Qty The quantity of the lot present at the associated location.
Created The date on which the lot was created.
