Purpose
The recuring journal entry report provides a list of all the recurring journal
entries currently on file. An option is available to exclude items that are no
longer active.
Frequency of Use
As required.
Prerequisites
None.
Data Fields
ID The ID number assigned to the recurring journal entry. This is the ID you would use to access the record using GLRECUR.E .
Start The starting period number and year for which journal entries are to
be created based on the recurring journal record.
End The ending period number and year for which journal entries are to be
created based on the recurring journal record.
F/L Contains the letter "F" if the journal entry created is to contain the
first date of the period, or the letter "L" if it is to be the last date of
the period.
St Identifies the current status of the recurring record. A = Approved, C
= Closed.
Jnl# The optional journal identification number assigned by the user.
Notes Notes describing the journal entry.
Description Shows each account number, account description and dollar
amount that is included in the journal.
