The ECN.F1 procedure is used to print an ECN form that contains the information entered with ECN.E .

Data Fields
ECN Number The number that identifies the ECN.
Date The date of the ECN.
Type The type defined for the ECN.
Stat The current status setting for the ECN.
Requested By The name of the person or entity that requested the ECN.
Authorized By The name of the person or entity that authorized the ECN.
Assigned To The name of the person or entity to which the ECN was assigned
for implementation.
Reason for Change The reason the changes are being made on this ECN.
Affected Areas The areas affected by the ECN.
Approval Type The codes defining the different areas or types of approvals
required.
Approval Name The names of the individuals approving the ECN.
Approval Date The date on which the associated approval was issued.
Part Number The number of each part or assembly that is affected by the
ECN.
Description The first line if the description from the Parts Master for
the associated part.
Old Revision The revision of the associated part before the change made by
the ECN.
New Revision The Revision of the associated part after the change made by
the ECN.
Effective Date The date on which the change made by the ECN becomes
effective.
Disposition The disposition of any existing parts or assemblies.
