Purpose
The PROSPECT.R2 procedure is used to report prospects currently in the
PROSPECT file, sorted by rep. This report lists separate pages for each rep,
then in prospect name sequence. The user may, optionally, choose to include
detail notes, contact names, detail contact information and detail sales
opportunity information. The user may also select individual reps to list.

As required.

None.
Data Fields
Id The number assigned to the prospect record.
Name The name of the prospect.
Address The address of the prospect, including street address, city, state
and zip code.
Mail Address The Mainling address of the prospect, including street
address, city, state and zip code.
Phone The telephone number of the prospect. Depending upon how it was
entered, this may include the area code.
FAX The fascimille (FAX) number of the prospect.
Date The date which the prospect was entered.
St The current status of the prospect.
