Purpose
The CONTACT.E procedure provides for the entry and maintenance of the CONTACT
file (CONTACT). The ID to each contact record is optionally assigned by the
user, or sequentially assigned by the system. Each record contains descriptive
information about the contact such as their name, address, telephone and fax
numbers and email address. Contacts may be associated to various other records
including customers, vendors and reps.
